
Talks, events and yoga
As well as being a qualified medical herbalist, I am also a qualified yoga teacher. My aim is to offer a range of services and products focused on natural health and well-being, helping individuals to gain agency over their health and provide the tools and knowledge to enable on-going self-care. These services include herbal consultations and bespoke prescriptions, educational talks and workshops about herbal medicine, along with yoga classes focused on physical movement and breathing, as well as meditation.

Talks and events
I often encounter people who are not quite sure what I do! I often get asked, what is herbal medicine, how do you take it, does it work and can I take it for my condition and with my other medications? To help answer these questions and any others that may come up, I have put together a series of talks and workshops to help provide further information and to enable people to delve into the world of natural medicine.
Yoga Classes
Yoga is open to all! It offers numerous benefits for both the body and mind. Yoga improves flexibility and strength through sequences that connect breath with movement. It also promotes mindfulness, helping to reduce stress and enhance mental health. Additionally, yoga can help to increase energy levels and improve overall physical fitness, making it a holistic approach to wellness alongside medicinal herbs and breathwork.

Retreats
Our goal is to bring together an open, trusting and safe community that provides you with the space and tools to enable self-care and to explore inner peace and find some joy in the chaos incorporating combinations of meditation, breathwork, pilates, yoga great food, herb walks, workshops and yoga nidra.
